Arduino/Ramps 1.4 91 or 92 Wont Compile (1 reply)

ok...so i went through the web configurator and downloaded both versions and neither will compile on Arduino 1.6.4

It doesnt fail either. it just sits there forever "compiling sketch"

what am i missing?
