ok, I have a cut of repetier work092 extended by 3dArtists for the alligator board. From what I've seen it looks and works great! I've been able to get just about everything running without a problem...EXCEPT be able to hold steady on the heated bed without having it decouple over and again, and I need help if I am *evar* going to prove that the heated bed works well enough just yet.
I attempt to heat the bed, it gets to about 85C, when the curve start to level off at it is heading to 110C
I then get the following:
18:27:37.591 : Error:One heater seems decoupled from thermistor - disabling all for safety!
18:27:37.591 : Error:Temp. raised to slow. Rise = 0.94 after 13134 ms
I'm forced to restart.
Now, I'm not exactly 100% sure why this happened over and again, but I can repro this every time I get it up to about 85C when the curve starts to taper off. I've scoured the webs and it seems that one of the responses was to tweak the frequency. it hasn't seemed to help. if there was a way to help with the leveling off, it would be of greta use.
