Hi all,
i'm new to this forum and to the reprap world... my intention is to build a delta "rostock like".
concerning the electronic part, I've just built and successfully tested a GEN7 1.5 board from Traumflug (nice board !).
It is working fine, compilation is OK, bootloading too. Hardware testing with a test firmware is OK too.
i've installed repetier host (latest version) and compiled and uploaded repetier firmware 0.81 to my board.
In the configuration file, I set EEPROM to 0 to disable it. in order to test only the stepper motors I set the axis configuration to standard XYZ.
Only the stepper motors are connected (no heat bed, no heater, not stop switches yet)
The host sees the firmware, everything seems to work fine but when moving the axis in manual control :
- X is running fine
- Y is running fine
- Z is not ( random move, slow motion ...)
I've crossed motors, pololu and even the atmega pins configuration (with pin.h), eveything is Ok, the problem always occurs on the pin + pololu + motor which is "connected" to the Z axis.
==> I'm therefore quite sure my problem comes from the firmware configuration ...
In the configuration.h, I've set exactly the same values to the 3 axis for the steps per mm, acceleration ... without success.
If somebody could help me, it would be really appreciated. Any help is welcome, if you get a configuration.h successfully working on rep0.81 + GEN7 1.5, whatever the printer, please post it !
many thanks
Alain
