Connection issues :S (1 reply)

Hi, everyone.

I seem to be having some sort of connection issues.
I am using arduino mega / ramps 1.4
and i recently switched to the newer version of RepetierHost (0.95F)
The trouble is that my printer will connect but won't except any commands,
this has happened to me before so i figured it was a problem with baud rate.
so i changed the baud rate in printer settings and it still didn't work, but when i changed it backit started working for a few minutes and then stopped excepting commands again and i haven't got it to work again.
When it was working for those few minutes it was on a differant baud rate than what i had set in configuration.h :S
It also kind of complicates things that i am running ubuntu, so it could just be a simple problem that has to do with my inexperince (i am a newbe to linix operating systems :) )
So if any else has this problem and knows how to fix it please help!
I am completely confused.
