Repetier firmware/host stopping midprint (no replies)

Hi guys,

I'm having some awkward printing issues lately. The following are the settings:

H-Bot config
Azteeg X3 board.

I'm using repetier 0.83 firmware with repetier 0.95f host.

I've included the logfile and config files

The following happens when print starts;

1. homing
2. start of print
3. brim is done
4. first perimeter is done
5. complete freeze, azteeg still working no restart on the board.

other symptoms are that the extruder motor stops working mid print while the print continues. (changed the driver and even extruder motor)

I've changed several cable, even tried it with raspberry pi setting, exactly same result.
I've reuploaded the firmware several times now and reset also, issue stays the same. unplugged and uncommented the lcd settings. rechecked the cables for anything unusual.

any help or sense of direction would be helpfull. I'm not sure if it has something to the slic3r. because the controls work fine and extrusion works fine also in manual mode. but before digging any further I would like to know if this problem happens often and if so what the possible solution might be.
