[Sugestions] fan modes (PWM) (no replies)

A lot of my fans does not work properly with PWM, how about a very slow PWM (e.g. 1s on 1s off for 50%) and some other fans that i have can go down to 12% speed but only if they already rotation, if they are at 0% the next speed is 25% where they start to rotating
