LCD SD card problems v0.91 (no replies)

I finally updated my firmware to 0.91 since I built a LCD SD Card for my Gen7 v1.5. Everything works on the LCD when no SD card is inserted except it always says SD Card inserted. When I insert a SD Card Repetier host says SD card inserted and then SD init fail. Also the Extruder LED starts flashing and the extruder slowly heats up. The encoder also will no longer select menu items when clicked. I have checked all my PCBs and can't find anything wrong with them. Is this possibly firmware related?
