Trying to setup new delta + repetier on Arduino DUE (10 replies)

I have to admit its my first time using a delta, but not repetier.
The electronics I built on a protoboard. So anything can be wrong.
I built my own board because I'm using stand alone opto-coupled stepper drivers.
I am using board type 401. I was using a Atmega 1284p to run it, but it could'nt keep up.
I am using 0.9 Deg steppers with 16x microstep so that was a no go.

So far, I have eeprom working, after I learned why pins 1 + 0 are important on DUE, oops.
The endstops also work, as well as the stepper control pins, kinda.

The motors will go up to home position(up, to max height), but will not go down for the second pass.
Also can't go down manually. I'm sure the pins work, but I must have some setting messed up.

Other issue is with temp sensors. Shows 500C on both head and bed.
I tried to understand the code, but it looks like the adc is being setup manually.
Set to pool values automatically. I made a debug print of the raw value and it only
ever showed max value? I used analogRead and I was able to read values of
0-200ish. I also dont understand why there is a line in the code for "#define GENERIC_THERM_VREF 5"
On the due 3.3v should be default? (it looks like its not used in the code anywhere I can tell through).
Is the adc refrence not being set for board type 401 maybe?

Thanks to anyone who might have any clues!
